The Federal Government has a website, flu.gov, which includes a comprehensive section titled H1N1 Flu: A Guide for Community and Faith-based Organizations, with contents also available for download in pdf format.

 

Episcopal Relief and Development offers an extremely thorough roundup of both information and recommendations at its page Planning for Pandemic Flu.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention offer comprehensive data on the current situation, together with advice on what to do at their swine flu page.
